1. Travel grant
In order to encourage the participation from young researchers and students, we provide a limited number of travel grants for presenters outside the Kanto area. Presenting authors can apply for the grants once their abstracts are submitted and the results will be sent to the authors together with the abstract acceptance notification. Recipients of the travel grant are selected based on the abstract submission order, meaning that authors who submit their abstracts earlier have higher chance to receive the grant. Additionally, quality of the abstract is also considered for the selection. Students are supposed to be the main objects of the travel grants

2. Accommodation Support
The conference offers free accommodation for maximum 30 presenting authors outside Kanto region. Authors who want to apply for the accommodation support should register online (Registration Link will be available from July 10). Selection of the guests is first come, first served basis. Please understand that there will be 4 or 10 guests for each room of this service.

3. Visa Invitation Letter
Authors who need a visa to come to Japan can request an Invitation Letter when registering to attend the conference.
